Under the standard payment program, Netralia invoices for consulting hours in the traditional way.

However we actively encourage our customers to go Peakless. The Peakless program makes life easier for you by smoothing out the peaks and troughs normally associated with IT spending.

It works like this:

We agree on a regular monthly payment, based on the expected level of service required and on an agreed hourly rate.

Netralia performs services for you as and when requested.

At the end of each month, we debit your account by the lower of a. hours x rate and b. the agreed monthly payment.

If hours x rate exceeds the agreed monthly payment, we hold that over until the following month.

If at any point hour x rate exceeds the agreed monthly payment by more than three months’ worth, we renegotiate the agreed monthly payment with you.

Netralia’s Peakless payment program will smooth out your IT spend, helping you to keep your cash flow under control.
